  1. I like the keys you discuss. Each person must first prioritize their “wants” and then decide on following a LIFESTYLE that accommodates these goals. We seem to have a tendency to choose a lifestyle FIRST and then try to make it “fit” our goals. This approach fails a great majority of the time.

    • Thanks for listening! The majority of people who want to transform their healrh seem to gravitate to dietary changes. I feel it’s impirtant to put it into the proper context. Without the additional supportive measures I presented this approach will only produce limited results.

      • Couldn’t agree more. Long term nutritional programs typically require established healthy mindsets FIRST before actions can be applied. The word “diet” continues to be interpreted as a “short term” plan for achieving weight loss. Although there are “maintenance” aspects to diet programs, few people attempt to follow them. It is typically about reaching a reduced number on a scale; not about maintaining weight loss using quality foods to support the body’s needs to enjoy life.

  2. This is back to the basic principles. And absolutely a perfect intro to getting starting on setting health goals. Keep it up!
