I like the keys you discuss. Each person must first prioritize their “wants” and then decide on following a LIFESTYLE that accommodates these goals. We seem to have a tendency to choose a lifestyle FIRST and then try to make it “fit” our goals. This approach fails a great majority of the time.

Thanks for listening! The majority of people who want to transform their healrh seem to gravitate to dietary changes. I feel it’s impirtant to put it into the proper context. Without the additional supportive measures I presented this approach will only produce limited results.

Couldn’t agree more. Long term nutritional programs typically require established healthy mindsets FIRST before actions can be applied. The word “diet” continues to be interpreted as a “short term” plan for achieving weight loss. Although there are “maintenance” aspects to diet programs, few people attempt to follow them. It is typically about reaching a reduced number on a scale; not about maintaining weight loss using quality foods to support the body’s needs to enjoy life.

This is back to the basic principles. And absolutely a perfect intro to getting starting on setting health goals. Keep it up!
